Psychic readings are less investment with no follow up. While you’ll receive guidance about your path and answers to your questions, we won’t get as deep into your history and behavior patterns. Spiritual counseling is similar to traditional counseling in terms of depth of content covered and the development of long and short-term goals. We spend structured time diving into the specifics of your journey touching on mind, body, soul, and your connection to the external world.

First, we’ll meet during a Discovery Call to determine if your needs are compatible with my approach. If it feels aligned, we’ll touch on specifics you’re seeking through spiritual counseling. Then, I’ll send a link to schedule your first session. When scheduling, you’ll receive a questionnaire to complete. This questionnaire allows you to elaborate on your history, patterns, and goals. Prior to your first session, I sit with your Spirit team to determine an initial course of action. A session will include guided lessons, various healing modalities like energy clearing, in-depth discussion and channeling, and after-session recommendations for continued practice. Follow up appointments are scheduled as needed - up to 6 per year, with room for short check-in calls. Each individual’s path is unique, so where we start and finish and the types of support provided vary with your needs and experience.

Every session is different based on your specific history and needs. The general structure includes intro meditation, movement, or breathwork to set the tone and intention. From there, we’ll discuss the lessons Spirit previously indicated to me during my preparations, reflective of your spoken concerns, interests, and goals. Among these will include connecting you to your intuition and unique relationship to Spirit. Each lesson has at least 1-2 practice activities for you to begin applying the insight in your daily life.

Throughout we will engage with Spirit, channeling detailed guidance and advice. I recommend allotting at least 90-120 minutes for Spiritual Counseling sessions. Following a session, I will be available via email for questions regarding handouts and resources. I offer one complementary 30 minute check-in call between sessions. Additional calls can be discussed if requested.

Integrity is so important to my spiritual practice. I do not wish to perpetuate any externalization of your own power and connection to Spirit or to keep you from trusting your soul’s ancient wisdom. I am here to help guide you to uncover the answers within and to teach you some fun, useful techniques along the way. I only wish to be the catalyst toward you stepping into your own spiritual authority.

Yes! As a psychic medium, I will open up to communicate with any and all loving energies. Different guides provide different types of information, so I tend to work with the most appropriate guide to relay the guidance you seek. However, all manner of energies will come through and I’m happy to give them all their space to speak, as long as that’s what you desire.

It is my belief that all humans have natural ability to communicate with Spirit through intuition and our own unique psychic gifts. In every Spiritual Counseling session, we will connect you to your intuition, develop your relationship to Spirit, and give you plenty of practical exercises to continue building on your own.

Spirit is the word I use to encompass the infinite, loving, creative, and eternal energy beyond our physical human experience. Some say God, Creator, the Universe, the Divine, Oneness - it’s all the same. Spirit is also a word for the soul, or the infinite, loving, creative, and eternal part of your individual energy. I encourage you to find the word that resonates most with you.

A Spirit team consists of all the benevolent, unseen energies guiding you throughout your life. Many of these energies are with you from birth, while others come and go based on current circumstances. They can take the form of angels, guardian angels, archangels, ascended masters, animals, land spirits, deities, ancestors (blood and soul), passed on loved ones, interdimensional and intergalactic entities. I also consider past and future selves to be an integral part of a Spirit team.

The sliding scale for Spiritual Counseling sessions ranges from $90-$290. I believe spiritual guidance should be accessible while also honoring the energetic exchange taking place. The higher end ($290) reflects the significant amount of preparatory work for counseling sessions, in addition to our ~2 hours together. $90 reflects the minimum financial exchange required for me to show up as an open-hearted practitioner. The quality, time, and depth of the session is not influenced by the amount paid.

Clients self-select along the sliding scale, indicating how much they are able to spend for a session. I do not require proof, nor will there be additional questions. Clients with access to an abundance of resources are encouraged to pay the full $290 to remain in integrity with our relationship.
